build_0SMH provides reliable and flexible service maintenance programs that work for your company. Our technical staff will arrive at your door to solve problems with networking, cabling, file servers, workstations, terminals and printers.

 

EXPLANATION OF PROPOSED SERVICES

1. ON SITE PARTS AND LABOR:

Customer contacts SMH with service request. SMH will respond to the site within 2 to 3 business days. (24-Hour Response time with a Service Agreement contract.) SMH will go to repair location, troubleshoot and diagnose the device. SMH will complete repair on-site. SMH will reconnect equipment and test for functionality. If parts ordering are necessary, the SMH technician will report and begin ordering process. Upon parts delivery, SMH will complete onsite repair. SMH will bill customer for: labor and parts per incident. If it is determined the equipment is not repairable on-site, SMH will return with the equipment to our depot repair facility and then return it to the customer, re-install and test.  On-Site labor prices vary depending on model and parts availability.

2. ON-SITE FLAT RATE: 

SMH will repair equipment for a flat rate at customer site. SMH will respond to the site within 2 to 3 business days. (24-Hour response time with a Service Agreement contract.) Same day expedite services will be available for additional fee depending upon the request. Flat rate includes parts, labor and travel cost. (Excluded Parts – major boards, optional equipment – i.e. Duplexer, Envelope Feed, etc.).

3. FLAT RATE IN-HOUSE DEPOT REPAIR:  

SMH will repair equipment at our site. This is the most cost effective way to repair monitors, printers, PCs, etc. for customer. Repair performed at our location within 7 to 10 business days and returned to customer. Expedite services available for additional fee depending on the request.  Pick-Up and Delivery Service for local service contract customers. (Excluded Parts – major boards, optional equipment – i.e. Duplexer, Envelope Feed, etc.).

4. NETWORK CONSULTING/INSTALLATION:

 SMH will provide network consultants to evaluate, configure and install; recommending your optimal office environment. Expedite services available for additional hourly rate depending on the request. Post network installation support guaranteed on all work performed.
